1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags are intact.
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Due to the uniqueness of hides and skulls, some items may not be eligible for return unless damaged on arrival.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
- We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund once verified.
